Qcue is looking for a Director, Operations - Teams & Venues, with experience in the sports, live entertainment, and ticketing industries who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients and partners while managing our internal services teams. The ideal candidate will be able to develop long-term relationships with clients and partners, effectively manage and mentor our account management and data integrity teams, and be able to get his or her hands dirty by troubleshooting client issues, assisting with setups, investigating data issues as needed. In addition to management responsibilities, the Director, Operations –Teams & Venues will be our primary liaison with our ticketing system partners and may take on Account Management duties with a limited number of key clients. For both direct and indirect accounts, the Director, Operations –Teams & Venues will need to effectively delegate within the services team and manage projects across other internal Qcue departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our software solutions and consulting deliverables according to client needs.
Qcue is looking for a Data Integrity Specialist with a strong background in data management and/or data analysis to assist with client onboarding and ensure data integrity in our applications. This position will be responsible for a wide range of data processing, data entry, and data quality assurance tasks assisting our Account Managers and Engineers. The ideal candidate is someone who can take responsibility and ownership of data quality while interacting with multiple teams; has exceptional attention to detail; has intermediate to advanced computer skills; and considers themselves a detective with data, able to spot inconsistencies, track down root causes, and creatively identify solutions.
