Qcue is looking for a Director, Operations - Teams & Venues, with experience in the sports, live entertainment, and ticketing industries who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our clients and partners while managing our internal services teams. The ideal candidate will be able to develop long-term relationships with clients and partners, effectively manage and mentor our account management and data integrity teams, and be able to get his or her hands dirty by troubleshooting client issues, assisting with setups, investigating data issues as needed. In addition to management responsibilities, the Director, Operations –Teams & Venues will be our primary liaison with our ticketing system partners and may take on Account Management duties with a limited number of key clients. For both direct and indirect accounts, the Director, Operations –Teams & Venues will need to effectively delegate within the services team and manage projects across other internal Qcue departments to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our software solutions and consulting deliverables according to client needs.
Qcue is looking for a Pricing Analyst with an ability to think quickly and quantitatively to manage and price a portfolio of tickets to sports and entertainment events on the constantly evolving secondary market. Imagine day-trading meets sports and entertainment. Imagine employing your own pricing strategies with a team of statisticians constantly building new pricing algorithms for you to take advantage of. The ideal candidate is someone who can take responsibility and ownership of his/her portfolio of inventory from pricing to fulfillment. You will be pricing 1000's of tickets and will not have time for perfection. You will be able to use your instinct while listening to the constantly changing market conditions. Sometimes your instinct will be wrong, but you will see that as a learning opportunity. You will also provide feedback to our development and analytics teams who are constantly creating new tools. You'll often be the first one to use new features, and for that reason you'll have to be comfortable excelling in an environment where the tools you use on a daily basis are changing under your feet. The good news is that the changes are always for the better, but you'll have to be comfortable adapting to new workflows and even diagnosing bugs when they arise.
Qcue is looking for a Data Integrity Specialist with a background in data management and/or data analysis to join our Data Integrity team. This position will be responsible for a wide range of data processing, data entry, and data quality assurance tasks assisting our Data Integrity specialists, Account Managers and Engineers. The ideal candidate is someone who can take responsibility and ownership of data quality while interacting with multiple teams; has exceptional attention to detail; considers themselves a detective with data, able to spot inconsistencies, track down root causes, and creatively identify solutions. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have experience in project management, managing the full lifecycle of a task.
